【Essay】Preparing for Cambly

I've been using an online English conversion app that is called Cambly since October last year. To be honest, I didn't feel like improving my speaking skills, so I prepare a light script while thinking that it would be nice if I could say ideal responses in my preparation.

Question1)

What was your favorite food when you were a kid? Why did you like it?

A.

When I was a kid, I often ate pudding that my granpa bought. It is not in liquid form as sold in the U.S and Canada. It's a slightly hard jelly-like pudding.

When you were a kid, what did you usually eat at school?

A.

Basically, I had breakfast and dinner at home, and often did lunch at school. When I was a elementary student, I ate school lunch at school in the classroom where we used to study every day. I usually ate white rice, miso soup that is a traditional Japanese soup, salads, fried chicken or grilled fish as main dishes and milk. There was a school lunch kitchen in the school, and the students brought their lunches from the kitchen to the classroom and arranged them themselves.

When I was a junior high school and high school student, I used to bring lunch box myself. The contents of the my lunch were white rice, grilled fish or leftovers from the night before, rolled omelet and cherry tomatoes.

I don't think it's necessarily to answer these questions so many things, but I wondered how to actually write it, so I looked up the unknown points.
